            The 2004 Haiti Olympian Berto has made five successful title defenses against world champions Steve Forbes, Luis Collazo, Juan Urango, and Carlos Quintana, as well as veteran Freddy Hernandez last November. The only problem with Ortiz is that he's a terrible fighter when he plays defensivly. He must step this up for he won't win this if hell go on defensive mode.

            “I’m doing quite well and prepared. Nothing has been easy at camp. I know where I’m going and what I’m about. I must be champion and I will be champion. Berto has been talked about as the next thing. I don’t agree. April 16th I must and will bring back the belt.”
